The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. * Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions accurately. * Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records. * Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments. * Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately. * Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. * Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order processing. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station. * Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and service standards. Qualifications * Previous experience as a Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, or Customer Service Representative is preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Good mathematical and cash\-handling abilities. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
