Career growth in a family-focused entertainment setting **Job Title: Children’s Programs Specialist (Indoor Playground)** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a creative and energetic Children’s Programs Specialist to design and deliver engaging, age\-appropriate activities within our indoor playground. This role focuses on creating a well\-rounded program that combines fun, creativity, and early childhood learning to enhance children’s overall experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and implement a structured schedule of daily and weekly children’s activities * Design and lead interactive programs such as arts and crafts workshops, sensory play, storytelling, and early learning activities * Create engaging experiences that support children’s cognitive, social, and motor skill development * Adapt activities to suit different age groups and developmental levels * Prepare materials and set up activity areas in a safe, organized, and visually appealing manner * Supervise and actively engage with children during activities to ensure a fun and safe environment * Monitor children’s participation and respond to their needs with care and enthusiasm * Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within all activity areas * Collaborate with the operations team to align programs with seasonal events, themes, and promotions * Track attendance and provide feedback on program success and areas for improvement **Requirements:** * **Candidates must be currently based in Qatar** * **Valid QID with transferable sponsorship and NOC availability** * **Female candidates only** * Background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred) * Proven experience working with children (playgrounds, nurseries, schools, camps, or activity centers) * Strong creativity and ability to design engaging, hands\-on activities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in arts \& crafts, music, storytelling, or early learning programs * First Aid/CPR certification (a plus) **What We Offer:** * A fun, dynamic, and creative work environment * Opportunity to design and lead unique children’s programs * Career growth within a family\-focused entertainment setting Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
