Summary: Mind Stream is seeking a Data Network L2 Engineer to operate and maintain MPLS, IP, VPN, and SD-WAN networks, driving advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Highlights: 1. Manage and restore P1/P2 incidents within MTTR targets Data Network L2 Engineer (MPLS / SD\-WAN) Mind Stream is hiring a Data Network L2 Engineer to operate and maintain existing MPLS, IP, VPN, and SD\-WAN networks. Working within our NOC and service assurance environment, you will drive advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root cause analysis to keep critical infrastructure running smoothly. Responsibilities: \- Diagnose and resolve complex MPLS L3VPN/L2VPN, routing, and SD\-WAN failures. \- Manage and restore P1/P2 incidents within MTTR targets, troubleshooting PE/CE connectivity and VRF routing. \- Analyze routing protocols (BGP/OSPF) and MPLS forwarding to identify and resolve network anomalies. \- Troubleshoot SD\-WAN solutions, including edge status, control connections, and overlay tunnels. \- Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions. \- Coordinate with OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet) and ISPs/carriers to manage vendor escalations and TAC cases. Requirements: \- Proven experience in operating and maintaining MPLS, IP, VPN, and SD\-WAN networks. \- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and TCP/IP. \- Experience with SDind\-stream.net\-WAN platforms such as Viptela, Meraki, or Fortinet. \- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. \- Strong CLI troubleshooting, packet analysis, and SLA management skills.
