Deliver exceptional customer service We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Head Bartender** to lead the bar operations of our prestigious fine dining restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional mixology skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the bar team during daily operations. * Create and maintain high\-quality cocktail and beverage standards. * Train, mentor, and develop bartenders to ensure service excellence. * Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and cost management. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and beverage service standards. * Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal beverage menus. * Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining fine dining standards. * Monitor bar performance and implement improvements where needed. Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel. * Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beverages. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Experience with inventory control and beverage cost management. * Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Previous GCC experience is an advantage.
