Maintain HVAC electrical control panels, VFDs, MCCs, PLC, and BMS systems **Job Title:** HVAC Technician **Location:** Qatar **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled **HVAC Technician** to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment. * Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules. * Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring issues. * Maintain and service chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, package units, split units, precision AC units, cooling towers, heat pumps, cold rooms, and ventilation systems. * Inspect, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Perform air balancing, water balancing, and indoor air quality (IAQ) checks. * Maintain HVAC electrical control panels, VFDs, MCCs, PLC\-controlled systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS). * Follow Permit\-to\-Work (PTW) procedures and adhere to all safety regulations. * Attend emergency breakdowns and minimize system downtime. * Prepare maintenance reports, equipment failure reports, and service documentation. * Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe work practices at all times. * Assist in commissioning new HVAC systems and facility projects. Requirements * Secondary School Certificate (12 years) with a Diploma/Certificate in HVAC or a related technical field. * Minimum **5 years of hands\-on experience** in HVAC installation and maintenance. * Strong knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, package units, split ACs, cooling towers, cold rooms, BMS, PLCs, VFDs, and HVAC control systems. * Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Familiarity with Permit\-to\-Work (PTW) procedures and safety standards. * Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email. * Good communication skills in English. * Experience in Facilities Management or Oil \& Gas industry is an advantage. **Benefits** * Company\-provided accommodation * Company\-provided transportation * Company\-provided food * Air ticket provided once every **2 years**, as per company policy Pay: QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
