The ideal candidate should have strong interior design skills with experience in **3D visualization and realistic rendering**. Experience with **D5 Render** is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities * Develop interior design concepts and creative design proposals. * Prepare detailed **2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and furniture plans**. * Create high\-quality **3D models and realistic renders**. * Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and site teams. * Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. * Make design revisions according to client and management requirements. * Coordinate with the execution team to ensure the approved design is properly implemented. * Prepare presentations and visual materials for client approval.
