Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction **Job Summary:** Junior Sales Engineer – Maintenance Services is responsible for promoting and selling maintenance contracts and technical service solutions to clients. The role involves identifying potential customers, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long\-term service agreements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop new business opportunities for **maintenance service contracts**. * Promote preventive and corrective maintenance services to clients. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements. * Conduct site visits and assess maintenance needs. * Coordinate with the technical/operations team to develop suitable service solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. * Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and service renewals. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering. * Minimum **2–4 years of experience in maintenance service sales** (HVAC/FM preferred). * Good knowledge of **maintenance contracts** * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to conduct technical discussions with clients. * Proficiency in MS Office and proposal preparation. **Preferred Experience:** * Experience in **HVAC maintenance, facility management, or MEP services**.
