Ensure compliance with HSE and safe working procedures **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance and Facilities Management (FM) services. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day\-to\-day MEP maintenance activities, managing technicians, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining building MEP systems in safe and efficient operating condition. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily MEP building maintenance activities and ensure smooth FM operations. * Manage and coordinate MEP technicians and maintenance teams. * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, pumps, and other building services systems. * Attend and coordinate breakdowns, complaints, and emergency maintenance requests. * Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the required response time. * Conduct regular inspections of MEP equipment and building services. * Identify faults and coordinate troubleshooting and repair works. * Monitor the condition and performance of MEP equipment and recommend corrective actions. * Coordinate with subcontractors and specialist service providers when required. * Ensure proper use and availability of tools, spare parts, materials, and equipment. * Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists, work orders, and service reports. * Monitor technicians' attendance, work allocation, productivity, and performance. * Coordinate with the FM/Facility Manager and report maintenance issues, equipment failures, and work progress. * Follow up on PPM schedules and ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed on time. * Ensure compliance with HSE, permit\-to\-work, risk assessment, and safe working procedures. * Maintain proper housekeeping in plant rooms, electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, and other service areas. * Assist in inspections, audits, client meetings, and handover activities when required. * Ensure all MEP systems are maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance / Facilities Management (FM) Services. * Good knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance operations. * Experience in supervising technicians and maintenance teams. * Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, and general building services. * Experience with PPM and corrective maintenance. * Ability to diagnose basic MEP faults and coordinate corrective actions. * Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and equipment manuals. * Good communication, coordination, and team\-management skills. * Knowledge of health and safety procedures in facilities management. * Ability to work shifts, weekends, or emergency call\-outs when required. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in commercial buildings, residential buildings, hotels, malls, hospitals, or other large facilities. * Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems and computerized maintenance work orders. * Experience in client and subcontractor coordination. * Valid driving license is an advantage.
