Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders. We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented **Quantity Surveyor** to immediately join our fit\-out and construction team. The selected candidate will be working on a project **between Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA)**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take\-offs * Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Manage tendering, pricing, and subcontractor quotations * Prepare and review interim payment applications * Handle variations, change orders, and cost updates * Monitor project budgets and support cost control * Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders * Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field * 3–5 years of experience in fit\-out or construction projects * Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and project documentation * Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QS software is an advantage * Good communication and time\-management skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
