Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Soft Services Project Coordinator** to join our team and efficiently manage and coordinate project operations. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in Soft Services / Facility Management. * **Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.** * Excellent knowledge of **Soft Services operations and project management**. * Strong experience in coordinating **cleaning, housekeeping, manpower, and site operations**. * Ability to manage and coordinate **staff, supervisors, clients, and site activities**. * Good knowledge of **attendance, manpower planning, daily reports, and operational documentation**. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Good knowledge of **MS Office** and reporting systems. * Candidates with experience in **Qatar Facility Management projects** will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise daily Soft Services project activities. * Ensure proper manpower allocation and staff deployment. * Monitor service quality and ensure client requirements are met. * Coordinate with supervisors, employees, and clients. * Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of employees. * Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and client standards. * Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions. **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Driving License:** Mandatory **Experience:** Relevant Soft Services / Facility Management experience required. **Interested candidates may send their updated CV to nssqafco@gmail.com** Pay: QAR10\.00 \- QAR100\.00 per month Work Location: In person
