Summary: Responsible for managing and controlling the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with procedures. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage regulations Job Scope Responsible for managing and controlling the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods within the factory. Ensures accurate inventory records, proper storage conditions, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Key Responsibilities \- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes. \- Store raw materials (bottles, caps, labels, packaging), chemicals, and spare parts properly. \- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions. \- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP. \- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in monthly and annual inventory audits. \- Monitor stock levels and report shortages. \- Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed where applicable. \- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. \- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and finance departments. \- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage regulations.
