The ideal candidate should have solid experience in **F\&B and hospitality**, with a strong understanding of customer service and café operations. **Job Summary** The Waitress will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience to customers, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the café. The successful candidate should be energetic, well\-presented, attentive to customers' needs, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced café environment. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Waitress, Server, or similar F\&B position. * Previous **F\&B and hospitality experience is mandatory**. * Experience in a **café, specialty coffee shop, restaurant, or similar establishment** is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Good command of **English**; additional languages are an advantage. * Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality. * Well\-groomed and maintains a professional appearance at all times. * Able to work under pressure and handle busy service periods. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Good teamwork and coordination skills. * Reliable, punctual, and responsible. * Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome customers warmly and provide professional and attentive service. * Assist customers with seating and provide information about the café's food and beverage offerings. * Present menus and answer customers' questions regarding products, ingredients, and recommendations. * Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the bar and kitchen teams. * Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards. * Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction. * Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner. * Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for customers. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas throughout the shift. * Coordinate closely with Baristas, Kitchen, and other team members to ensure smooth service. * Follow all café SOPs, service procedures, hygiene requirements, and food safety standards. * Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. * Monitor tableware, service items, and other operational supplies and report shortages when required. * Support the team during busy periods and maintain service efficiency. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues. * Contribute to creating a welcoming and high\-quality café experience for every customer. **Preferred Qualities** * Customer\-service oriented and genuinely enjoys interacting with guests. * Fast learner and willing to develop product and menu knowledge. * Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Takes initiative and works well with minimal supervision. * Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences. **Industry:** Café / Food \& Beverage / Hospitality Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month Work Location: In person
