Through structured training and hands\-on learning, you will develop the knowledge and competencies needed to perform maintenance tasks safely, in accordance with organizational standards and applicable regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting day\-to\-day maintenance activities while building the experience necessary to bridge the gap between entry\-level knowledge and advanced aircraft maintenance competency. In addition, you will contribute to upholding the organization’s safety and quality standards, safeguarding assets, and supporting safe and efficient operational performance. **Operational Accountabilities:** * Must understand and adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and legal requirements to ensure all activities are performed safely and compliantly under the supervision of skilled maintenance staff. * Must observe and learn core maintenance activities, including equipment inspection, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance routines. * Must develop problem\-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic, all of which are essential. * Follow all QR policies and procedures as applicable. * Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what’s never been done before. ### **Qualification** **Qualification and experience:** **Essential** * Must have a minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6\.0 overall (Attained in the last 24 months, and not less than 6\.0 in each component) * Has completed QCAR or accepted NAA Part 66 training course on category B1\.1 or B2 or B1\.1\&B2 or A from an approved Training organization. * Must be above the age of 18 years and below 30 years at the time of application. **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
