Opportunity to work closely with customers, developers, and QA teams **Business Analyst – Software Projects (Arabic)** We are looking for a **Software Business Analyst** with strong experience in software development projects and good hands\-on **functional testing and UAT capabilities**. The candidate will work closely with customers, project managers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear and testable system requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct requirement\-gathering workshops and meetings with customers and stakeholders. * Analyze business processes and translate requirements into clear **BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria**. * Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional diagrams when required. * Identify requirement gaps, conflicts, dependencies, and edge cases before development. * Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements. * Prepare and review **test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria** based on business requirements. * Perform **functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing** when required. * Validate delivered functionality against approved requirements and report defects clearly. * Support customers during UAT, manage feedback, and ensure issues are properly addressed before sign\-off. * Support change requests, impact analysis, and scope clarification. **Required Skills \& Experience** * Fluent in **Arabic** and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. * **5\+ years of Business Analysis experience**, preferably in enterprise software projects. * Strong understanding of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)** and Agile/Scrum. * Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Good practical knowledge of **software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle**. * Ability to write effective user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and UAT scenarios. * Experience with tools such as **Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar**. * Good understanding of **web applications, APIs/integrations, databases, and SQL concepts**. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both **business users and technical teams**. **Preferred:** Experience with government, healthcare, ERP, workflow, or enterprise digital\-transformation projects.
