Develop tech-driven solutions for fulfillment bottlenecks **The Role** Ignite Bytes Delivery is seeking a data\-driven E\-commerce Fleet Analyst to optimize our last\-mile delivery operations from our West Bay headquarters. In the competitive landscape of Qatari e\-commerce, speed and precision are our primary products. You will be responsible for transforming raw fleet data into actionable strategies that reduce transit times, lower operational costs, and enhance the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * **Performance Analytics:** Analyze real\-time data from GPS and telematics systems to monitor fleet productivity, fuel efficiency, and delivery success rates. * **Route Optimization:** Utilize advanced logistical algorithms to refine delivery zones and routing patterns, specifically focusing on high\-density residential and commercial areas like West Bay and Lusail. * **Capacity Planning:** Forecast fleet requirements based on seasonal e\-commerce trends and promotional surges, ensuring optimal driver\-to\-package ratios. * **Reporting \& Strategy:** Develop weekly performance dashboards for senior management, identifying bottlenecks in the fulfillment cycle and recommending tech\-driven solutions. * **Vendor Management:** Liaise with software providers and maintenance partners to ensure all fleet\-tech tools are functioning at peak performance. **Requirements** * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fleet analysis, logistics planning, or supply chain data management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or Fleet Management Systems (FMS). * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into simple operational changes. * Familiarity with the e\-commerce landscape and "last\-mile" delivery challenges in an urban environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 15,000\. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and 30 days leave. * Modern office environment in the heart of West Bay. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
