Summary: This role supports inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics, ensuring supply chain visibility and accuracy of goods. Highlights: 1. Assists in developing plans for inventory management and logistics. 2. Monitors and supports daily warehousing activities. 3. Maintains network-based inventory management and tracks inventory data. * Assists in developing plans for inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics. * Monitors and supports daily warehousing activities according to assigned schedules. * Assists in maintaining network\-based inventory management by updating, creating, and tracking inventory data to ensure visibility across the supply chain. * Monitors item information entered into the system and ensures that all required authorized approvals are obtained. * Monitors inspection of goods and receipts, and follows up on discrepancies and damaged items. * Liaises with the investigation committee regarding item deficiencies and damages. * Monitors purchase orders, delivery dates, order or supply changes, and returns. * Provides support in expediting purchase orders, customs clearance, and insurance claims. * Liaises with end\-users regarding item consumption requests and provides information related to goods for evaluation. * Notifies end\-users of any delays in the delivery of supplies. * Monitors physical inventory counts and ensures accuracy of quantities and values. * Performs other duties as assigned.
