Summary: We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to support Facilities Management operations by creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models and coordinating with engineering and FM teams. Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models BIM Modeler – Facilities Management (FM) **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled **BIM Modeler** to support our Facilities Management operations in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models for maintenance, refurbishment, and asset management projects while coordinating with engineering and FM teams. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit. * Prepare and update as\-built models and drawings. * Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models. * Perform clash detection using Navisworks. * Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and project documentation. * Support asset management and ensure BIM data accuracy. * Coordinate with site, engineering, and maintenance teams. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years** of BIM modeling experience, preferably in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance. * Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks**. * Good understanding of Architectural and MEP systems. * GCC/Qatar experience is preferred. * Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: QAR7,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
