Working alongside a talented culinary team, you will support the preparation and presentation of high\-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, consistency, and attention to detail. With a passion for culinary artistry and a commitment to operational excellence, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to the refined standards of Raffles and Fairmont. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with the culinary standards of Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha. * Ensure all food preparation areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in line with HACCP and hotel policies. * Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, stock rotation, and food storage procedures. * Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes while following established recipes and brand standards. * Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. * Collaborate closely with colleagues across the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a safe working environment. * Assist in minimizing waste and controlling food costs through efficient use of ingredients and proper portioning. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is handled responsibly and report any maintenance requirements promptly. * Remain knowledgeable about hotel dining concepts, menus, seasonal offerings, and culinary promotions. * Handle assigned tasks with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture while upholding the luxury service philosophy of Raffles \& Fairmont Doha.
