Coordinate with diverse stakeholders for project success We are looking for a skilled and organized **ELV \& CCTV** **Projects Engineer** to manage and coordinate all ongoing projects, including **installation projects and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) projects**. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource coordination, site mobilization, execution, monitoring, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. **Qualifications and Requirements** **\- Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or related. \- UPDA Certified. **\- QID with profession (Engineer) is MUST** **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate all ongoing installation and AMC projects. * Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, work programs, and execution strategies. * Develop manpower, material, equipment, and site mobilization plans. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. * Arrange and supervise site mobilization activities, including manpower, tools, equipment, and materials. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all activities. * Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, method statements, and scope of work. * Assign tasks to site teams and ensure proper utilization of resources. * Conduct regular site visits and monitor installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities. * Track project costs, material requirements, manpower utilization, and productivity. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. * Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource requirements, and take corrective action. * Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities under AMC contracts. * Maintain proper project documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, completion certificates, and client correspondence. * Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients. * Support the preparation of project quotations, variation orders, and additional work proposals. * Ensure proper project handover and closeout upon completion.
