Key Responsibilities * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment. * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications. * Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and other enterprise software. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory. * Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and internet services. * Respond to IT support requests promptly while meeting established service\-level agreements (SLAs). * Perform routine system maintenance, software installations, updates, and security patching. * Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and security. * Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and technical documentation. * Collaborate with internal teams and third\-party vendors to resolve escalated technical issues. * Assist with IT projects, equipment deployments, and technology upgrades. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop support. * Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking. * Experience with hardware diagnostics, software installation, and troubleshooting. * Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, antivirus solutions, and data backup procedures. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. * Strong communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Professional certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL are an advantage.
