Provide guidance and training on ISO compliance and best practices **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Management Consultant to support organizational excellence through the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems in accordance with international ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience, extensive knowledge of ISO management systems, and the ability to coordinate with certification bodies throughout the audit lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide management consulting services to improve organizational processes and operational efficiency. * Develop, implement, and maintain management systems in compliance with ISO standards. * Lead and support the preparation, execution, and follow\-up of internal and external ISO audits. * Review, develop, and update policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards. * Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle. * Conduct gap assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions. * Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on ISO compliance and best practices. * Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. * Monitor regulatory and industry developments related to quality, information security, and other management systems. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline. * 5–8 years of professional experience in Management Consulting. * Proven hands\-on experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems. **Mandatory Requirements** * Strong practical knowledge of **ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)**. * Strong practical knowledge of **ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)**. * Thorough understanding of ISO policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Experience managing the complete ISO audit lifecycle and coordinating with certification bodies. * Fluency in **English, French, and Arabic** (spoken and written) is mandatory. **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of: * ISO 45001 – Occupational Health \& Safety Management Systems * ISO 55001 – Asset Management Systems * ISO 10000 Series – Quality Management Guidelines * Relevant ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certifications will be considered an advantage. **Key Skills** * Management Consulting * ISO Compliance \& Governance * Internal \& External Audit Coordination * Process Improvement * Risk Assessment * Policy \& Procedure Development * Analytical and Problem\-Solving Skills * Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management * Report Writing and Documentation **Compensation \& Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** QAR 10,000 – QAR 13,000 * Annual Air Ticket * Health Insurance * Performance Bonus * Full\-Time Employment * Renewable 2\-Year Contract **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Candidates with approximately **5–8 years** of relevant management consulting experience. * Preference may be given to **female candidates**, based on the client's current hiring requirements. * Preferred Nationality: Algeria \& Tunisia Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR13,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
