The role ensures that work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, approved drawings, and client requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise site activities related to **Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, and MEP works**. * Review approved shop drawings, technical submittals, and project specifications before execution. * Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems, including detectors, control panels, cabling, and interfaces. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients regarding site progress and technical issues. * Ensure all work is completed in compliance with **QCDD standards, project requirements, and safety regulations**. * Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports, work schedules, and material requests. * Coordinate with procurement for material availability and site requirements. * Monitor manpower productivity and ensure quality workmanship at the project site. * Attend site meetings, inspections, and testing activities. * Resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones. * Verify quantities and support project documentation, including as\-built drawings and handover reports.
