Works collaboratively in a team to maintain smooth workflow · Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas. · Clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment. · Sweep and mop floors regularly. · Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes and kitchenware. · Ensure that dishes and utensils are properly washed, dried, and stored. · Dispose of waste and garbage in accordance with sanitation regulations. · Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries. · Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. · Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and orderly. · Ensure that workstations are sanitized, and equipment is properly cleaned. · Properly dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables. · Monitor and manage waste disposal to adhere to sanitation and environmental standards. · Support the kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks. · Follow safety protocols and guidelines in handling chemicals and kitchen equipment. · Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly. · Ensure that all work areas meet hygiene and sanitation standards. · Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures. · Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and service staff to maintain a smooth workflow. · Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance. · Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of cleaning and maintenance duties. · Be efficient in handling responsibilities during peak operating hours. · Report any safety hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. · Present a professional and well\-groomed appearance, adhering to the restaurant's dress code. · Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. · Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures. · Ability to work effectively in a team. · Willingness to follow directions and protocols.
