Our guest arrival experts take the initiative to provide a wide range of services that guide guests during arrival and departure. They are capable of completing necessary tasks and moving efficiently within their environment. Whether performing operational duties, responding to guest requests, producing reports, or sharing local points of interest, the guest arrival expert ensures every interaction becomes an integral part of the guest experience. Regardless of your specific role, certain aspects are essential to our success: creating a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest arrival experts will be on their feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will take a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance). Successfully performing these tasks (and other normal job duties) is essential for guest arrival experts to consistently deliver excellent service and positively contribute to the company’s business. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification from a General Educational Development (GED) program. Relevant Work Experience: No relevant work experience required.
