Inspect staff grooming and attire, and correct any deficiencies. Perform opening and closing duties, including preparing necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors. Verify organization of storage areas, proper use of FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and cleanliness. Conduct regular inventory checks and replenish or order required supplies. Monitor dining room seating availability, service, safety, and guest comfort. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Additionally, support management in recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, disciplinary guidance, motivation enhancement, and coaching. Serve as the exemplary first point of contact for Fair Treatment Guarantee / Open Door Policy procedures. Comply with company policies and safety/security protocols; report accidents, injuries, or hazardous working conditions to managers; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional; safeguard confidential information; and protect company assets. Welcome all guests in accordance with company standards and respond with gratitude. Communicate clearly and professionally, anticipate and respond to guests’ service needs. Provide assistance to guests with disabilities and express sincere appreciation. Build positive relationships with others and support the team in achieving shared goals, responding appropriately. Confirm adherence to quality standards and identify, propose, develop, and implement new methods to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machinery to identify defects. Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds (approximately 23 kg) without assistance. Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Move through confined spaces, limited areas, or elevated locations. Ascend and descend stairs and service ramps. Reach above and below knee level, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
