We work closely with developers, consultants, operators, and project teams to deliver concept\-driven creative and technical solutions from early\-stage planning through execution. Position Overview Artevo Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Contracts \& Commercial Engineer with **2–3 years of relevant experience** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contracts administration, commercial management, tendering, procurement coordination, and project documentation within engineering, consultancy, fit\-out, or project\-based environments. The role requires strong commercial awareness, contractual understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation * Analyze contractual terms, risks, obligations, and commercial conditions * Support tendering, procurement, and proposal preparation processes * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams * Monitor contract performance, approvals, claims, variations, and project correspondence * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, and project requirements * Maintain organized project records, documentation, and commercial tracking systems * Assist in negotiations and commercial discussions when required * Support project teams on contractual and commercial matters throughout project stages * Identify commercial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field * **2–3 years of experience** in contracts administration, commercial management, or project coordination * Strong understanding of contracts, procurement procedures, tendering, and project documentation * Familiarity with claims management, variations, approvals, and commercial correspondence * Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multidisciplinary environment * Experience in construction, consultancy, engineering, hospitality, or fit\-out sectors is preferred What We’re Looking For * Detail\-oriented and proactive mindset * Strong problem\-solving and coordination abilities * Professional communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Application Please send your CV and portfolio to: **careers@artevo\-consulting.com** Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
