Collaborate with diverse teams including project managers and clients We are looking for an experienced **Cost Control Engineer** with a strong background in **planning and estimation** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, project planning, scheduling, estimating, and budget monitoring to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:*** Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions. * Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. * Track project costs, analyze variances, and prepare cost control reports. * Perform quantity take\-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs). * Prepare cash flow forecasts, progress reports, and earned value analysis. * Review subcontractor quotations, payment applications, and variation orders. * Coordinate with project managers, procurement, site teams, and clients on project cost and schedule performance. * Identify project risks and recommend cost\-saving opportunities. * Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, planning, and estimation in the construction industry. * Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
