Opportunity to identify cost-saving and value engineering solutions **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Façade Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take\-offs, and tender submissions for façade, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents. * Prepare quantity take\-offs and cost estimates for façade systems. * Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Prepare tender submissions and bid documentation. * Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering. * 3\+ years of experience in façade estimation and tendering. * Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and façade materials. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software. * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Pay: From QAR2,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
