The ideal candidate will assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and coordination with site and engineering teams. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and knowledge of planning software are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities * Assist in preparing project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project * Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly * Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors * Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization * Identify schedule delays and support recovery planning * Maintain project documentation and planning records * Participate in project meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering * 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply) * Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel * Good communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Knowledge of project planning concepts is an advantage Work Location: In person
