MEP Site Engineer

Description

Summary: This role involves planning, reviewing, coordinating, and supervising MEP installations in construction, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and standards. Highlights: 1. Oversee MEP installations from planning to handover 2. Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations 3. Coordinate with diverse engineering teams for seamless integration **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, review, and coordinate MEP installations across construction sites. * Review MEP drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications. * Supervise site execution of MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC). * Monitor progress and ensure MEP work is delivered within schedule and quality standards. * Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless integration. * Assist in cost estimation and procurement of MEP materials and equipment. * Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. * Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum of 5–8 years relevant experience in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. * Familiarity with project management tools, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Shop Drawings and MS Office. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage (for Qatar\-based applicants). * Qatar Driving License Strict to answer the interview screening question: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdrdyuqnWNPmwByunrf1eP2L6Zd9aCnsjrrLP8DW7b\-q3FeXg/viewform?usp\=publish\-editor Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdrdyuqnWNPmwByunrf1eP2L6Zd9aCnsjrrLP8DW7b\-q3FeXg/viewform?usp\=publish\-editor Work Location: In person
