W.L.L. is looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer** specializing in road and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for cost control, estimation, measurement, and financial management of construction projects in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed quantity take\-offs and cost estimates * Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs * Monitor project costs and variations * Prepare interim payments, final accounts, and variation claims * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment certificates * Ensure compliance with contract terms and Qatar construction standards **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer in road and infrastructure projects * Experience with construction companies in Qatar * Valid **MMUP/UPDA Certification – Grade A or Grade B (Mandatory)** * Strong analytical and cost management skills * Ability to join immediately **Salary \& Benefits:** * Salary: **QAR 10,000**, depending on qualifications and experience * Other benefits as per company policy **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are requested to send their CV to: **info@al\-athar.co** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: From QAR10,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Road Works : 10 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Qatari Driving License (Required) * MMUP / UPDA Certification with Grade A or Grade B?
