**Job Description – Civil Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)**
Responsible for managing quantity surveying activities for infrastructure and civil works, with a strong focus on quantity take\-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation. Review project drawings, specifications, scope of works, and other technical documents to accurately determine quantities and project requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare detailed quantity take\-offs and BOQs for infrastructure and civil works, including roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, pavements, and associated works.
* Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents to ensure accurate measurement and identification of project quantities.
* Prepare detailed quantity calculations, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
* Verify quantities against drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies or missing items.
* Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of quantities and cost information.
* Assist in reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations and preparing commercial comparisons.
* Maintain proper records of quantity calculations, BOQs, measurements, and supporting documents.
* Support project teams with quantity\-related queries, variations, and measurement requirements.
* Ensure all quantity surveying activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month
