Engage in accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimation Experienced Quantity Surveyor responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities, quantity take\-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents for construction projects. The role requires coordination with all design disciplines, including architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams, to ensure that drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents are fully coordinated and complete before tender issue. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed BOQs based on design drawings, specifications, and schedules. * Carry out accurate quantity take\-offs for construction works. * Prepare tender documents, pricing schedules, preambles, and scope documents. * Coordinate with all design disciplines to resolve discrepancies and missing information. * Review drawing revisions and update BOQs accordingly. * Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender evaluation reports. * Check contractor tender submissions and prepare commercial comparisons. * Maintain proper documentation and records for all tender and cost\-related work. **Requirements** * Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consultant office. * Strong experience in BOQ and tender document preparation. * Good knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Excellent skills in Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take\-off software. * Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
