We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of operational delivery across multiple project sites. Key Responsibilities: **Operational Leadership:** Oversee daily operations across multiple surveying and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards. **Project Coordination:** Align engineering teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project milestones. **Performance Management:** Monitor productivity, resource allocation, and project KPIs to ensure delivery within time and budget constraints. **Quality \& Compliance Oversight:** Ensure all surveying and infrastructure activities meet regulatory, technical, and client specifications. **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as the primary operational contact for internal leadership and external project stakeholders, providing clear reporting and updates. What We Are Looking For: **Experience:** 6\+ years in operations management within surveying, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects, including leadership responsibilities. **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of construction workflows, surveying principles, and infrastructure project delivery. **Leadership Ability:** Proven ability to manage multi\-disciplinary teams and coordinate complex site operations. **Communication Skills:** Strong ability to report, present, and align stakeholders across technical and non\-technical teams. **Mindset:** Highly organized, solution\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic project environments.
