Summary: Seeking a Site Engineer to monitor daily site activities, coordinate contractors, ensure project execution, and maintain quality standards for warehouse construction projects. Highlights: 1. Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines Key Responsibilities * Monitor and supervise daily site activities for warehouse construction projects. * Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workers. * Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. * Verify work progress and prepare payment certifications for contractors. * Monitor work completion status and ensure quality standards are maintained. * Plan and allocate manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources effectively. * Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress to management. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site. * Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth project execution. * Maintain project documentation, reports, and records. * Identify site issues and recommend corrective actions to avoid delays. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction projects, preferably warehouse or industrial projects. * Knowledge of contractor billing, payment certification, and project coordination. * Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. * Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure. Preferred Skills * Strong leadership and coordination abilities. * Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Time management and resource planning expertise. * Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
