Opportunities for professional development and career growth We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Structural Engineer** to design, analyze, and oversee structural aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all structures are safe, durable, cost\-effective, and compliant with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities * Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. * Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure structural integrity. * Prepare structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, and project teams. * Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and compliance with approved designs. * Identify structural issues and provide practical engineering solutions. * Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project specifications. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Support project planning by providing structural engineering expertise. * Assist in resolving technical issues during construction and project execution. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in structural engineering within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, and structural design principles. * Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with international building codes and structural design standards. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills * Structural analysis and design. * Engineering calculations and technical reporting. * Construction site inspection and quality assurance. * Knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel design. * Coordination with multidisciplinary project teams. * Time management and organizational skills. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Knowledge of BIM software (Revit Structure) is an advantage.
