Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and site staff We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead and manage all technical aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Architecture and be MMUP\-registered, with proven expertise in design coordination, technical compliance, and site execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage all technical and architectural aspects of construction projects from design development through project completion. * Review, coordinate, and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. * Ensure compliance with MMUP regulations, local authority requirements, building codes, and industry standards. * Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and design issues. * Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and site staff. * Monitor site activities to ensure construction works align with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Identify design conflicts and propose effective technical solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns. * Participate in project planning, value engineering, and risk assessment activities. * Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities, and prepare technical reports as required. * Ensure timely approvals from authorities and smooth coordination during inspections. * Support project handover, as\-built documentation, and defect resolution. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture * UPDA/MMUP Engineering Registered. * Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the construction industry, preferably in large\-scale residential, commercial, or mixed\-use projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, building systems, and detailing. * Experience in design coordination, technical reviews, and authority approvals. * Proficient in AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM tools (Revit) is an advantage. * Excellent understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
