Summary: This role involves comprehensive cost management for events, including budgeting, vendor evaluation, procurement coordination, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation. Highlights: 1. Manage event budgets and estimate costs for various components 2. Evaluate suppliers, assess quotations, and suggest cost-saving alternatives 3. Track expenses, coordinate procurement, and ensure budget compliance Prepare budgets, estimate costs for booths, props, AV, and logistics; evaluate suppliers. Quantify materials/services needed; update budgets; assess vendor quotations; suggest cost\-saving alternatives. Track orders, monitor expenses, coordinate procurement, flag potential overruns. Verify vendor deliveries, control on\-site costs, approve invoices, manage budget compliance. Reconcile final costs, prepare reports, settle vendors, analyze cost efficiency for future events.
