Work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies **Job Summary** Our subsidiary, **Grow Hospitality** is looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our Facility Management team supporting the maintenance operations of a school. The AC Technician will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of air\-conditioning and HVAC systems within the school premises. The role requires a strong focus on safety, timely response to breakdowns, and maintaining a comfortable environment for students, teachers, and staff. **Key Responsibilities** * Carry out scheduled **preventive maintenance** of AC and HVAC systems throughout the school premises. * Attend to daily AC complaints, breakdowns, and maintenance requests from school facilities. * Troubleshoot and repair split, package, VRF/VRV, and other HVAC systems. * Inspect and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and other AC components. * Check refrigerant levels and identify and rectify refrigerant leaks. * Perform AC cleaning, servicing, refrigerant charging, and related maintenance works. * Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, offices, corridors, common areas, and other school facilities to identify AC\-related issues. * Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, particularly in classrooms and critical areas. * Ensure maintenance activities are carried out with minimum disruption to school activities. * Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures while carrying out maintenance work. * Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and free from hazards after completing maintenance activities. * Maintain proper records of preventive and corrective maintenance works completed. * Report major faults, equipment failures, and spare\-parts requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Coordinate with other maintenance technicians and FM team members when required. * Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition. * Communicate professionally with school staff, teachers, and FM management. * Support other general maintenance activities when required. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Facility Manager. **Requirements** * ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AC/HVAC Technician. * Previous experience in Facility Management, schools, commercial buildings, residential properties, or hospitality is preferred. * Good knowledge of AC troubleshooting, electrical controls, refrigerant systems, and HVAC equipment. * Experience with VRF/VRV systems will be an advantage. * Ability to work independently and respond effectively to maintenance emergencies. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a school environment while maintaining professional conduct and safety standards. * **Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.** * Immediate availability is preferred. **Key Skills** HVAC Maintenance \| AC Troubleshooting \| Preventive Maintenance \| Corrective Maintenance \| Refrigeration \| VRF/VRV \| Electrical Troubleshooting \| Fault Diagnosis \| Facility Management \| Health \& Safety Application Question(s): * May we know how much is your expected salary?
