Description

Summary: This role involves preparing architectural designs, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing technical support. Highlights: 1. Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications. 2. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project stakeholders. 3. Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications. * Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design packages. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local regulations. * Prepare and review shop drawings and material submittals. * Attend site meetings and provide technical support during construction. * Coordinate authority submissions and approvals where required. * Monitor project progress and ensure design quality standards are maintained. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. * Minimum 10 years of experience in Qatar/GCC. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office. * Knowledge of Qatar regulations and authority approval processes. Pay: QAR11,000\.00 \- QAR12,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * work: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: * UPDA (Required) Work Location: In person
