Manage invoicing, reconciliations, and financial records We are seeking a **smart**, detail\-oriented, and motivated **Assistant Accountant** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, quick\-learning professional with Gulf experience looking to take on a broader range of accounting tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Billing \& Invoicing:** Manage day\-to\-day invoicing, verify billing statements, and ensure timely dispatch to clients. * **Reconciliations:** Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy. * **Data \& Record Management:** Maintain, update, and organize financial records and transactions using MS Excel and accounting software. * **Accounts Payable \& Receivable:** Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on aging receivables, and assist in verifying supplier invoices for payment processing. * **Documentation \& Compliance:** Assist in the preparation of daily/monthly financial reports, maintain proper physical and digital filing systems, and support internal audit documentation. * **General Administrative Support:** Coordinate with operations teams on petty cash management and financial queries. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** 0 to 1 year of accounting experience (**Gulf experience is highly preferred**). * **Attributes:** Smart, proactive, and quick to adapt to fast\-paced workflows. * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Required). * **Skills:** Proficient in MS Excel, data entry speed, invoicing, and reconciliation processes. * **Status:** Must possess a valid NOC and be eligible for a local visa transfer in Qatar * **License:** A valid driving license is an advantage. **How to Apply:** If you meet the above criteria or have suitable candidates to recommend, please share the updated CV with us.
