Assist users with basic technical concerns and track support requests **About the Role:** Ayesha Technologies WLL is looking for a reliable and service\-focused **Helpdesk Support Coordinator** to join our team in Umm Salal, Qatar. This role is ideal for someone who can support daily helpdesk operations, respond to user requests, coordinate technical support tickets, and help ensure smooth service delivery for clients and internal teams. As a Helpdesk Support Coordinator, you will assist users with basic technical concerns, track support requests, follow up on pending issues, and coordinate with IT support staff to resolve problems on time. You should be organised, patient, and comfortable communicating with both technical and non\-technical users. **Key Responsibilities:** **Helpdesk Coordination:** Receive, log, assign, and monitor helpdesk requests to ensure support tickets are handled properly and within expected timelines. **User Support:** Assist users with basic technical issues related to login access, email, software systems, hardware concerns, internet connectivity, and digital tools. **Ticket Management:** Update ticket status, track pending requests, follow up with support teams, and ensure users receive timely updates. **Issue Escalation:** Identify issues that require advanced technical support and escalate them to the appropriate IT team or specialist. **Client Communication:** Provide clear and professional updates to clients, staff, and internal teams regarding support requests and resolution progress. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of support requests, incident reports, troubleshooting steps, user feedback, and recurring technical issues. **Service Quality Support:** Monitor response times, help improve support workflows, and assist with basic reports for management review. **Operational Coordination:** Work closely with IT, customer service, operations, and administration teams to support smooth daily service delivery. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** Previous experience in helpdesk support, IT support, technical support, service desk, customer service, or office technology support is preferred. **Technical Skills:** Comfortable assisting with basic computer, software, email, browser, network, and system access issues. **Communication:** Able to explain technical information clearly and professionally to non\-technical users. **Organisation Skills:** Able to manage tickets, follow\-ups, records, reports, and multiple support requests at the same time. **Customer Service Mindset:** Patient, helpful, and focused on providing timely and respectful support. **Problem\-Solving:** Able to identify common technical issues, follow troubleshooting steps, and escalate concerns when needed. **Computer Skills:** Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, CRM tools, dashboards, and basic office software. **Mindset:** Reliable, detail\-oriented, practical, and able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
