Maintain familiarity with customer demographics **Additional Information** **Job Number**26105169 **Job Category**Sales \& Marketing **Location**Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar, Qatar **Schedule**Full Time **Located Remotely?**N **Position Type** Non\-Management Design and produce marketing materials—including but not limited to advertising copy, supplementary materials, signage/wayfinding, sequential image pieces, brochures, and electronic presentations—that reflect the brand’s image and style to increase hotel revenue. Work collaboratively with marketing managers and related operational departments as part of a team project, delivering design solutions and conceptualization for assigned materials. Maintain familiarity with customer demographics and develop an appropriate look and feel for all promotions and event-related supplementary materials. Track progress of all projects—including maintenance of project files and archives—and facilitate ongoing communication with the marketing and/or project teams regarding current projects and status updates. Execute various production tasks including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and fulfill guest service needs; and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and promptly; and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; and listen to and respond appropriately to other employees’ concerns. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other reasonable job-related duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited university or college. Related Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
