Guest Service Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, navigating sloped, uneven, and sometimes slippery surfaces), reviewing menus (reading and verifying information), and engaging in various tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing items under 50 pounds without assistance; reaching overhead and bending down; performing movements requiring knee bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping). It is critical that Guest Service Experts consistently perform these tasks—and other reasonable tasks assigned—to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
