Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements. **Fit\-Out Projects Manager \- Arabic Speaking** **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Fit\-Out Projects Manager** to lead and manage interior fit\-out projects from planning and execution through successful handover. The role requires strong coordination with consultants, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage fit\-out and interior projects from planning through completion and handover. * Lead project execution, ensuring compliance with approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Manage **Design \& Build** projects and coordinate design development with site execution. * Coordinate architectural, structural, and **MEP works** to ensure seamless project delivery. * Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, variations, and key deliverables. * Review project schedules and monitor progress using **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project**. * Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients. * Manage project issues, changes, claims, and potential delays. * Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, contractual, and project requirements. * Lead the project team through testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture or a related field**. * **12–15 years of relevant project management experience**. * Minimum **5 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent role**. * Proven experience in **fit\-out and interior projects**. * Strong experience in **Design \& Build projects**. * Demonstrated experience in **MEP coordination**. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project**. * Qatar/GCC project experience is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. * **Fluent Arabic communication skills are mandatory**, both written and verbal. * Ability to effectively communicate with government entities, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
