First impressions make all the difference. When guests arrive at our hotels, we want their first impression to be memorable — and the same applies to their departure. Upon departure, we want guests to leave smiling and feeling that we cared for them throughout their stay. We aim to create a memorable and unique experience from start to finish. Our Guest Arrival Experts proactively offer a wide range of services that enable them to guide guests during arrival and departure. They are capable of performing necessary tasks and moving around their environment. Whether carrying out operational tasks, responding to guest requests, generating reports, or sharing local points of interest, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures every transaction is an integral part of the experience.
Regardless of your role, certain aspects are essential to our success: creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts will be standing and moving (standing, sitting, or moving for extended periods) and will adopt a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and objects weighing over 34 kg with assistance). Performing these tasks (and other routine duties as required) effectively is essential for Guest Arrival Experts to deliver excellent service to our guests and positively contribute to the company’s business at all times.
