As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled **IT Project Manager** to oversee technology projects and ensure successful delivery. Role Overview The **IT Project Manager** will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing IT projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to align project outcomes with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. * Oversee execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. * Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects. * Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international IT standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, vendors, and clients to achieve project success. * Monitor project performance and prepare status reports for senior management. * Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful delivery. * Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2\). * Experience managing IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.). * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment.
