Train and coach kitchen staff for productivity **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow. * Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation to meet company standards. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. * Train, coach, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain productivity and quality. * Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering and receiving of food and kitchen supplies. * Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO). * Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs. * Inspect kitchen equipment and report maintenance or repair requirements. * Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. * Handle customer complaints related to food quality in a professional manner. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas. * Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and implementation of new dishes. * Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.
