The ideal candidate will ensure smooth performance, maintain high service standards, manage staff efficiently, and enhance the overall guest experience while supporting business growth. **Key Requirements:** * Regional Experience: Proven Middle East/GCC hospitality experience. * Industry Background: Luxury hotel groups, or Upscale/luxury restaurant chains. * Years of Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in relevant operational management * Specialization: Fine dining expertise. Multi\-outlet and multi\-concept operations. * Core Responsibilities: Managing multiple locations, launching and opening new outlets. Directing full\-service operations in high\-end restaurant environments. * Leadership Skills: Strong track record in people management, strategic execution, and operational excellence.
