This role ensures that all products meet organic standards, align with company values, and maintain quality from supplier to customer. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the procurement of organic products from certified suppliers * Verify organic certifications and maintain compliance with local and international standards * Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to preserve product freshness * Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery * Conduct quality checks and address any discrepancies or issues * Maintain accurate records of product sourcing, certifications, and inventory * Assist in developing new product lines aligned with organic and sustainable principles * Support marketing initiatives by providing product knowledge and documentation * Stay updated on organic industry trends, regulations, and best practices **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field * Experience in organic products, food distribution, or supply chain coordination preferred * Strong understanding of organic certification standards and sustainability practices * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently **Key Competencies:** * Commitment to sustainability and organic practices * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking * Strong coordination and teamwork abilities * Adaptability in a fast\-paced environment **Working Conditions:** * Office\-based with occasional visits to suppliers, warehouses, or markets * May require coordination across different time zones depending on suppliers **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to work with a mission\-driven, eco\-conscious company * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Career growth in the organic and sustainable products industry Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
